Mango, Mango, Mango, Ahhhhhhh

The best smash player to date. Mango, or Joseph is the best player in the world right now. He is famous for playing several characters, yet he is almost top level with characters that aren't even top tier such as Mario. Before he got famous he used to go to random tournaments as the fabled Scorpion Master, a radical Mario player who used to crush the competition. However, that changed when he got famous and got caught for trolling at some tournaments.
Mango
Mango isn't even the most technical player in the smash community. He just has such a vast knowledge of the game that he can beat anyone who opposes him. He has a winning series against every player except for Armada. Armada is one of the five "Gods" of smash, as is Mango and Mew2king. The other two "Gods" are Hungrybox and PPMD.

Hungrybox

Mew2king

PPMD

Armada
These players are above any other and can only be challenged by each other or a select few.Their skill is unimaginable.

The Robot, M2K

There are stories told of a player who wants to master the game to its fullest. This player wants to do every best option in every best scenario. This legend is true for the player Mew2king. Mew2king, otherwise known as Jason wants to seek nothing but perfection in all smash games, not just melee. He plays every single smash game at top professional level which is an extremely difficult task to accomplish.
Mew2king
"Unless you are frame perfect, 99 out of a hundred times, you're not good enough. That's what I tell myself. That's how i got good." - Mew2king.

Of course being frame perfect is pretty much impossible, Jason just might be the closest thing to being frame perfect in the entire world. He completely changed the face of smash when he does combos with Marth and Sheik that may seem to be impossible. But, of course they are possible if you have mastered frame data. Mew2king is the robot.

The Fireball, KDJ

One of the smash brothers Korean DJ, is probably the player who got the best in the shortest amount of time. In fact, he used to suck, bad until he decided to change that through sheer will power and lots of money.
Korean DJ
What he did was he realized that there lots of good players around and he knew that if he played them then he would slowly get better. But the problem with that is that the best players in the world didn't want to face this player who at the time, really wasn't all that good. SO he challenged them to money matches. That's right he actually bet money knowing that he would lose at first but in hope of reaching new potential and eventually becoming good. He did lose at first but then he eventually started getting good, real good and an extraordinary rate. He even started making his money back he got so good.He became one of the fastest players to play the game. That is how he got his nickname the Fireball.

Port Chester Chris

P.C Chris is humble. He is modest, he is cool.
P.C Chris
The coolest of the 7 smash brothers is this one right here. P.C Chris gets his name from where he is from. He is from Port Chester, New York. He was one of three smash brothers it took to take down Ken. He was the first of them to rise up as an equal to Ken but he could not put Ken away himself. He was the first player to get first at an MLG besides Ken. During that MLG he defeated Ken in the finals.
P.C Chris is also the winner of the Smash brothers tourney worth the most amount of money ever, which is $10 000 at the MLG Las Vegas. He beat another one of the smash brothers,Korean DJ in the finals.
MLG Las Vegas

P.C Chris has impacted the smash community because he altered the way that people play Falco.

The King of Smash

Ken Hoang.... When smashers hear that name it gives them chill. If their is one player who helped shape the way smash is played today is Ken. Accurately dubbed "The King of Smash" Ken Hoang has had one of the most fulfilled smash careers ever.
Ken Hoang
Ken first got discovered in the Smash scene at some of it's earliest times. He had one a local smash tourney and posted about it online. He then smack talked one of the best smash players in the world, Recipherus. Recipherus challenged him to a match for $50 and they played. Ken destroyed Recipherus and was named the best smash player. Ken continuously won tournaments for pretty much 4 years in a row with almost never dropping one. Azen was the only smasher who could really compete with Ken. However, one dedicated smash Wife, practiced extremely hard and almost defeated ken too.
Wife
Eventually during Kens reign it took 3 of the smash brothers to take him down a peg. When they finally proved that Ken wasn't the best smasher in the world anymore he retired.
However, after a very long break and even going on the reality show Survivor, Ken eventually came out of retirement and is currently around the 50th best player in the world.

The Wild One Isai

One player who changed the game of smash exponentially was Isai. Isai is a professional smash 64 player and still remains the best smash 64 player of all time. He has had that title ever since 1999. However, for about 4 years he played professional Melee also. When he played professional melee, he played one character that no other players played at the time. This character was the wiled one Captain Falcon. Captain Falcon was not played commonly in 2002-2006 mainly because of his speed is difficult to control and his recover is easily gimped. However, if played right Captain Falcon has the potential to be one of the funnest and strongest characters in the entire game.
Captain Falcon
Isai took a character no one thought was that great and turned it into a machine that could destroy. Isai was trained by The King of Smash and teamed with him in tournaments. They would soon be known as the strongest team in Super Smash Brothers Melee History. Their team of captain falcon and Marth went undefeated until Isai retired in 2007.
Isai
It always seemed that Isai could turn up the jets when he wanted to play well, but it seemed like he never wanted to try at SSBM. He really only tried in SSBM when he played teams, probably because he didn't want to let down his partner. Isai was 7th best in the world at SSBM when he retired from it in 2007. He was asked why and he just replied "It just wasn't fun anymore".  Although he gave up on melee Isai still plays smash 64 and still states that it is his favourite smash game. The reason I think Isai is one of the Smash Brothers is because he completely changed the meta in teams, proved to people that captain falcon is a good character, and is still the best in the world at smash 64.

The first of the Smash Brothers. Azen.

In the world of professional smash many players have changed the game substantially. However, there are seven players that are so famously known for changing the game of Smash Bros they have been dubbed the Smash Brothers. Each of them has changed the way Smash Bros is played and/or helped in the creation of the modern meta. The first Smash Brother I would like to talk about is Azen.

Azen, in my opinion is known as the first Smash Brother because i think that he has had a great part in creating the meta-game, at least back in the day. He is one player who could play almost any character and still beat top players while playing low-tier characters. He had part in creating the old meta with Marth is because he could make good reads and hit with Marth's tippered f-smash whenever he needed to. The only other player that could best him in the 2002-2004/2005 era was the King of Smash, Ken. Ken is a different Smash brother that i will talk about another time. Azen was always known as the second best in the world because Ken would best him at every major tournament they went to. Azen is still an extremely good player and still plays professionally. Even though he is not the second best in the world anymore he played a huge role in creating smash on what it is today.
